Vol. 25 Hanna Kroeger's guidance

After finishing 10-day class with full of surprises and impressions, Hanna took a closer look at the dog foods I made. Setting a list of ingredients next to each product on the table, she asked about the purpose of each food, and also by questioning in detail, we made sure what purpose each ingredient would achieve. 'In order to achieve this purpose, add this herb and that', 'the ratio of those ingredients is better with this percentage..., omit this and this', ‘combining this and that makes it perfect.' Like when she pointed out the illness and prescribed the herbs just by having consultation, her guidance was very simple and easy to understand yet in detail. From 'Hana', 'Spa-meal', 'Sai' 'Dietary Cure' to 'Supplement' we have now, she constructed 34 different variations of foods in total. And at the end, Hanna told me this; 'I'm glad you made through this far. Now you'll be able to help your loving pets as you wish, and even protect them. Good luck!’ I was so glad that I didn't know if it was a dream or reality and even a word of thanks didn't come up from my mouth. This meeting with Hanna was the most heart throbbing moment of all my life. Having calmed myself down a bit later, I asked Hanna how I could thank her. And she smiled and gently said, ‘Just go to a church and donate some money. And when you go back to Japan, do follow exactly what I taught you, which makes me happy more than anything else.' Having such moving events one after another, my heart was filled with appreciation and excitement.
Then Hanna asked me if I could visit Detroit on my way back, and when I answered yes, she said 'Go visit an old friend of mine! And learn how to infuse an electrical energy into the recipe I gave you today. She is a Native American veterinary, and I think she's going to be your good adviser. I'll speak to her on the phone for you...' She called Wanita while I was waiting, and told me that Wanita would expect me to visit the following morning.

My strange 10-day training in foreign country finished so quickly. Leaving me the word 'By adding native American's traditional color therapy and aromatherapy to my recipe, you'll be able to create the greatest pet food which is no parallel in the world as you dream of.', Hanna passed away in winter two years later when she was 83. I express my respect from bottom of my heart for Hanna Kroeger, to whom I owe a great deal. Thank you so much! And I promise that I will follow the spirit of Hanna Kroeger through all my life. And I visited the Native American veterinary, Wanita, who lives in the suburb of Detroit. There many more mystic and comfortable events were waiting for me.

Vol. 26 The meeting to native American veterinary Wanita

'What is the Native American Wanita, a friend of Hanna like?’ I headed for Detroit with mixed feeling of curiosity and tense. Detroit was a typical city of the motor industry thronging, we drove threading the highway through the firms and the car showrooms. Driving through the industrial areas as seeing nothing the better for the change, the scenery changed just as we arrived in the suburbs. We drove off the highway and joined into the downtown, the scenery changed to the one seen in a cowboy movie and I felt like time traveling.
When we finally got closer to Wanita's house, the scenery completely changed again and it was more like being in the middle of the forest in Canada. The nature with a lake contrasted with big trees and beautiful undergrowths lined up along with streets and houses. While I was bewildered by the sudden change of the scenery, we arrived at Wanita's house.
'This is Hanna's friend, native American Wanita's house.’ I was a bit upset as telling myself to be nervous and behave myself as Japanese, which I usually never thought about. I was worried if I shouldn't have called on Hanna to ask for her instruction when I first visited her, and again I was obviously upset when I visited Wanita for the first time.

'Hello!' I found something surprised me when she greeted my friend and me. It was a huge candle with many flames on standing at the corner of the entrance. I was overwhelmed by the candle as it was so big that looked more than an interior, which made me more upset and had goose bumps. 'I'm glad you came. Hanna told about you. Please come in.' after the greeting I walked into the house and Wanita asked me if I got homesick or something had happened on the way. It was as if she could read my mind. Without hesitation I asked her 'What's that candle at the entrance supposed to mean?' 'Oh, that one is a charm against evil spirits. Evil spirits are exorcised by displaying a sage or a crystal or a candle flame and so on outside of the house.' I didn't get quite right at once. Am I an evil spirit? Watching Wanita giving me such an astonishing answer with a smile, I had mixed feelings about it. But it was a short while I was surprised at such a thing. After this, an unreal world was continuously waiting for me.

Vol. 27 Getting stupefied at Wanita's place

Welcomed by a huge candle charm against evil spirits with many flames on, we got into the house and were shown into a back room where we spent a while on chatting away. Suddenly Wanita said, 'We haven't done a ceremony yet. Come here!' and took us to another room where something like a big alter was. A sudden word of 'ceremony'... A big alters in front of me... Where on earth am I? Who on earth are you? I could do nothing but I was thinking what I should do or what I was feeling. And Wanita said to me, 'Did you bring them? Give them to me', but I was absent-minded and my friend said, 'Those things!' I didn't get what they meant... ‘Well, the tobacco and the Indian wooden doll you bought on they way to come here.' my friend said. And I remembered I bought them. 'What? Those were for Wanita? No one told me that.' 'What strange things to take back to Japan as souvenirs.' I was saying so and was laughing at them. As I left them inside a car, I went to the car to get them as passing beside the huge candle and got back to the room.
'Thank you!' Wanita opened the wrap and offered them. When I looked sideways at my friend, he seemed to remain perfectly calm even with a smile on his face despite the unusual, unexpectedly crazy thing (at least to me, though) was going on right in front of us as he'd visited Wanita several times before. 'Damn! He brought me here deliberately without telling me anything since he wanted to see me confused! I'll remember this!' Thinking such a thing, suddenly the ceremony started. 'I'll tell my ancestors your visit. They will tell me what kind of person you are and what you want, and what help you need. I use the tobacco to bring them here.'

After finishing the whole prayers, 'this is my grandfather, and this is my grandmother, then this is my grand grandfather, and grand grandmother... our family have been shamans for generations. And lastly this wolf is our guardian angel.' By being introduced to all the photos and pictures of ancestors hung on the wall, I was driven to being absent-minded more and more and was told 'My ancestors also are welcoming you and greeting you.' And I thought, 'I must say something. What shall I say? What did they think of me? What do they think I want?' 'I thought my friend was such a strange man because he suggested me to bring such strange things as a gift.' 'I said "Damn!" to my friend in my mind.' 'I even said "I'll remember this!" to my friend.' 'Do they understand it was a joke?' Full of anxieties and the fact that I made a mistake occupied my thought and I didn't know what to do.

Vol. 28 Wanita's mysterious treatment

Finishing a greeting to Wanita's ancestors in being absent-minded anyhow, she suddenly said 'Well, let's start with your own illness! First of all, homesick, anxiety, nervousness, and the most importantly heart disease.' 'I don't give a damn! Who cares? No surprise I got homesick, or scared, or nervous. Heart disease? Yeah, I might have! It's almost because I came here!' I can do nothing but accept this! I must do what I'm told! I had no choice but made up my mind to do so.
Then Wanita said to me. 'Oki, you're such a gentle man. Pure. Good boy!' I was embarrassed. I'm not that good man. I'm not that meek and gentle but am just doing what I was told to do because I don't know what to do. In other words, I'm as eek as a lamb. 'Lie on your back there... with both your arms and feet stretched out. Close your eyes. Don't think of anything. Empty your mind.' I did what I was told. I couldn't think of anything. 'Stay as you are for an hour!' Something was going on around my body. I felt warm air and cold air running through my body in turn or as piling up together. I also sensed a flame, some plants, and soils and so on. 'Finished. Open your eyes slowly.' I couldn't believe an hour had already passed because it seemed like only 10 minutes or so to me.

'Are you feeling better?' Wanita asked, I noticed myself feeling better and refreshed. I told her 'Yes, I'm refreshed now.’ she said 'Good. Now you're ready to learn. You came here to finish your pet food, didn't you? You have to be relaxed as the lecture starts tomorrow.' I checked the clock and realized hours already had passed. When I went back to my room with a friend of mine, I couldn't help asking him what had been going on while I closed my eyes. 'Wanita applied the natural light coming from a crystal via her messenger to your body, and gave you a treatment with the crystal light.' 'Crystal?' 'Yes. Putting 9 conical crystals about 10 cm high around your body...' I realized it was no use asking in detail because it was too mysterious to understand, so I just nodded and decided to go to bed instead.

vol. 29 The wavelength each color has cures the disease

Following morning, as soon as I woke up I went out as Wanita told so. No time for washing face and I was taken to the herb field in the garden. I was asked for a help to reap the food eaten on the day, so I went into the field and noticed suddenly Wanita starting muttering something made no sense as picking up some pebbles on the ground. 'This one is the right, this one too, and this one as well! It's hard to find the left one.' I don't understand at all. Make no sense to me. I was just watching her keeping picking up some pebbles and checking if it was the right or the left and throwing them away in dumb surprise as moving my head up and down as if a bird drinking water.
'I want to give you the right pebble and the left one together.' I was more puzzled. 'Oh, I found it. The left one! Your heart gets weaken when it lucks of yellow color. Combining this right pebble and the left one creates yellow wavelength, so it will protect your health. Take them with you!' 'Thank you!' I thanked her at once, but I was confused more and more.
'What's your favourite colour?' she asked and I answered it was yellow. Then she said 'I knew it! You already know what colour protects you.' Wanita, who was showing me a big smile, suddenly starts picking up pebbles, uttering an incantation or something, or talking about colours. I would have been puzzled if it was the previous day, but I was unexpectedly calmed down because I already got used to her. On the contrary, I notice myself expecting even something good would happen. 'All right? Remember this as this colour story is very important. You may not understand now but I'll explain everything later on.'

Then we sat in the field and started picking the herbs. 'Those herbs are good for dishes but individually they have no power to cure diseases. As Hanna might have told you already, the more important thing is the combination of the herbs. The colour of the soil, the roots, and the upper and lower parts of the stalk, the leaves, and the flowers, all of them are different, aren't they? You can make thousands of different colors by mixing the different colors of the paints. Look at the herbs! There're many colors on those herbs like paints. Have you ever thought what colors this one is based on? Or what colors make this colour? ‘‘Pick 10 of those rosemary shoots!' I was so slow to catch on I was absent-minded, but she ordered to keep my hands working. I tried to catch on so hard, so did my hands. 'Cut them only shoot part, 5cm above from the ground! All right, listen to me as keep working! You won't be able to understand by thinking, so just sense them by using your whole body!' And we kept picking up the herbs here and there as listening to all those stories about the colors.

Vol. 30 Piles and piles of important data are the source of pain

After learnt so many things from Wanita, I went back to Japan with full of appreciations and deep emotions. Revising what I learnt from Hanna Kroegaer, and Reading back all the data given from Wanita, I started working on an original dog food. And with scrupulous care, firstly I planned the compound of the herbs as Hanna Kroeger taught me on the paper, and on top of that, I added the colour therapy Wanita taught me. I spent days and nights on the compound so hard with enormous amount of data and a dictionary of herbs in front of me. And I realized I was feeling a lump in my throat. 'What's all this doesn’t make sense to me...?' 'Although I was feeling easy to accept those things while I was with Hanna and Wanita, when I combined all together as my own pet food, I still have something I don't understand.' 'What does the wavelength mean when herbs and colors are combined together? What is the frequency the colour of herbs and a cause of diseases have?' The more compounds I made, the more questions I found, and I realized I didn't understand the theory at all. When I was at Hanna's and Wanita's, I felt I did understand. However, when I actually thought about the theory, I found myself not understand at all.

So, I contacted Hanna and Wanita and questioned them, which became as if I was taking a correspondence course, and our long-distance correspondences lasted over months. When I was beginning to understand the theory vaguely, Hanna recommended me to visit Dr Clarke, who was a friend of Hanna's, to learn about the resonance of the frequency. On top of the lectures I had at Hanna's and the instructions Wanita gave, this visit to Dr Clarke gave me much clearer vision of what the wavelength and the frequency and Chi were, and made me confident in making dog food.
